We LOVE having YOU in our space!

We’re proud to offer beautiful, flexible spaces for you to do your thing.

Running a group? Organising a workshop? Holding a meeting? Hosting a party or quiet time with friends?

Whatever you’re looking for, we’d love to hear about it!

Space to Play

We’re passionate about play! What’s better than fun, laughter and play for bringing people together?!

At Milligan, we have beautiful indoor and outdoor play spaces available for hire for your playgroup, birthday party or kids’ workshop.

The Common Room is a beautiful, relaxed space with access to our shared kitchen and garden, and a children’s bathroom. Milligan’s shared garden is fully fenced and is perfect for playing with plenty of grass, sand pits and a mud kitchen. We can also arrange access to outdoor toys and equipment because play is serious work.

(Don’t tell the kids, but this space works just as well for the grown-ups).

Space to Work

Work is always more fun when you’re in a friendly, lively community space!

Whether you need a large, flexible space, somewhere more casual or a private office space, Milligan offers three welcoming spaces to suit.

The Hall is our largest space. With flexible layout options, it’s perfect for a party, networking lunch, workshop or seminar. The Common Room has a more relaxed vibe with couches or tables and chairs for workshop and meeting room setups. The Meeting Room is perfect for those needing a private office space.

The hire of these spaces includes access to our facilities, shared kitchen, smart TVs, wifi, flexible furniture set ups and off street parking.

Space to Belong

We’re passionate about supporting our community!

We offer heavily discounted rates for not-for-profit and community groups. We love providing beautiful, welcoming spaces for you to run your awesome community projects from. We also offer discounted rates for start-up businesses while you’re finding your way around our local community.
